§ 71. Mr. John Wellsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will publish a table in the OFFICIAL REPORT showing the estimated population of gypsies and other travellers in each county at the last convenient date.
§ Mr. MacCollThe latest comprehensive figures are those obtained by the census carried out in March, 1965. The population of gypsies and other travellers in each county in England and Wales at that date is given below. In addition, there were some 1,660 gypsies in county boroughs.
