§ Mr. FernyhoughDuring the first six months of 1967, the numbers of persons placed in employment by Employment Exchanges and Youth Employment Offices were 13.0per cent. lower, and the numbers registered as wholly unemployed 71.3 per cent. higher, than in the corresponding period of 1966.
