§ Mr. Elysian Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if the Welsh Economic Council or the Welsh Economic Planning Board have been invited to give their views to him on the question of an Elected Council for Wales.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThe Welsh Economic Council were invited in 1966 to comment on an Interim Memorandum which discussed various proposals including some relating to all-Wales machinery. The officials who are members of the Welsh Planning Board are responsible to Ministers and their advice is always available in the conduct of departmental business.
