§ Mr. DellThe main recommendations dependent on action by the Government related to the provision of financial assistance, the establishment of the Shipbuilding Industry Board and the reorganisation of the industry. The Shipbuilding Industry Act makes provision for assistance and the Board has now been put on a statutory basis. My earlier Answer to the hon.
