§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesAll kinds of communications affecting Wales are a matter of interest to the Welsh Economic Council. Civil aviation services are the particular concern of the Welsh Advisory Committee for Civil Aviation and I think it is preferable to maintain a close link between these two bodies rather than to ask the Council to conduct a separate civil aviation survey.
