§ 97. Mr. Sandysasked the Prime Minister whether he will publish the evidence presented at the further inquiry which he has set up to enable Colonel Lohan to reply to the allegations made against him by the right hon. Gentleman.

§ The Prime MinisterA Civil Service procedure has been set in motion to enable Colonel Lohan, if he so wishes, to deal with Government statements which he considers unfair. In accordance with Civil Service practice no evidence will be published but the findings will of course be made known.
