Royleasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is satisfied that public education in Washington and other areas of the United States of America is adequate for the children of members of the British Embassy and consulate staffs; and if he will ensure that the regulations are flexibly interpreted to ensure that children of diplomatic staff serving overseas are not at a disadvantage compared with other children of foreign service personnel.
