HC Deb 04 July 1967 vol 749 c235W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Postmaster-General whether he will take whatever action may be deemed necessary to ensure that in the future all Members of Parliament, including those with 20 or more years service in the House of Commons, are given equal opportunity with those Members who have recently entered the House of Commons of attending cocktail parties and receptions organised by his Department.

Mr. Edward Short

I am sorry I cannot undertake to meet my hon. Friend's wishes for the future.
