§ Mr. BottomleyFor each of the years 1968–69 and 1969–70 the following amounts will be made available to meet expenditure on approved schemes. These amounts include the unissued balances of the allocations announced in my predecessors' Answers of the 21st December, 1965, and 9th March, 1966:—
