§ Mr. Edward ShortThis building will comprise a Head Post Office, telephone exchange, and offices for the Inland Revenue Department. The estimated cost of the Head Post Office is £40,000. This is a little higher than average, mainly because of the special elevational treatment required by the local planning authority and the difficult nature of the site.
