§ Mr. SwinglerThe provision of services is in the first instance a matter for the transport operators. Bus services are subject to the approval of the South Eastern Traffic Commissioners. I understand that the Commissioners have received certain representations from the local authority about the bus services, and that the bus company, at the Commissioner's invitation are undertaking a passenger survey.
