§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe salary of the Public Relations Officer to the Metropolitan Police will be £3,585 on appointment, rising by six annual increments to a maximum of £4,585. This post, to which I attach great importance, is a new one, and the remainder of the Question does not therefore arise.
