HC Deb 25 January 1967 vol 739 c306W
Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what consultations he had with the British Council, the National Union of Students of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the Scottish Union of Students or other interested bodies regarding the changes in the university fees structure affecting students from outside the United Kingdom announced on 21st December, 1966.
