§ Mr. SwinglerThe Greater London Council is the responsible authority for this route west of the Bexley/Greenwich boundary and deals with any representations made about it.
Improvement of the route—known as the Dover Radial—is not yet programmed. The Council plans to extend the route westwards as far as Kidbrooke to link up with the Blackwall Tunnel route to the north and a proposed southward link to Sidcup Road (A20).
