§ Mr. Evelyn Kingasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs what concession he has made in respect of moneys owed by Ghana to this country.
§ Mr. BowdenI assume the hon. Member is referring to the meeting in London last December between representatives of the Ghana Government and certain 233W creditor countries which formulated proposals for a rearrangement of Ghana's medium term external debt. These proposals have been submitted to each of the Governments concerned. Some Governments have yet to give their formal approval. I cannot, therefore, at this stage provide any details.
