§ Mr. CallaghanI assume that the hon. Gentleman is referring to my reply to an intervention following my statement on 193W 17th January. Our reserves held by the Exchange Equalisation Account stand at £1,107 million and the value of gold held in the Account at the end of September, 1966, was £693 million. Our repayment obligations to the I.M.F. at present total £861 million. Of this sum £317 million is payable by December, 1967, £500 million by May, 1970, and £44 million by March, 1971.
