§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe joint committee reported to the Schools Council last year in a report entitled "Examining at 16+". This was published and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy. The Schools Council is now considering the views of interested parties on the recommendations put forward by the joint committee with a view to further discussion.
