Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in view of the resolution adopted at the meeting of the Western European Union in Paris on 12th December, if he will make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy towards the creation of a European nuclear hunter-killer submarine fleet of 10 submarines with the active participation of West Germany.
