§ Mr. David Priceasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he intends to implement the recommendations of the Geddes Report on shipbuilding that repayment of certain indirect taxes should be extended from ships for overseas owners to all ships as is done abroad, the reasons for which recommendations are given in paragraphs 533 to 636.
