Earl of Dalkeithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he will take to ensure that the Scottish Home and Health Department will assume respon- 52W sibility in co-ordination with local education authorities for offering guidance on, and information about, family planning to the potential parents of unwanted children and children born out of wedlock.
§ Mr. RossI am sending the noble Lord a copy of the circular giving advice on the development of family planning services which was issued to local health authorities by the Scottish Home and Health Department last June.
