§ 49. Mr. Percivalasked the Attorney-General when it is proposed that an Order or Orders should be made under subsection 2 of Section 1 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1966; what inquiries 25W and hearings or classes of inquiries and hearings it is proposed to designate in such Order or Orders; and to which of such inquiries and hearings it is proposed that Section 12 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 shall be made applicable.
§ The Attorney-GeneralIt is hoped that the first of these Orders will be made very shortly. It will apply to upwards of one hundred classes of inquiries held under various enactments dating from 1868 to 1966. Section 12 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 will be applied to all the inquiries designated in the Order.
