§ 46. Dr. Summerskillasked the Attorney-General if he is satisfied that there is a sufficient number of members of the Restrictive Practices Court to deal with the number of cases awaiting hearing; and if he will make a statement.
§ The Attorney-GeneralYes, I am satisfied that the Court is adequately manned to deal with the cases coming before it. There are in fact very few cases under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1956 awaiting hearing and a substantial proportion of the total number of cases under the Resale Prices Act 1964 has already been disposed of.
