§ Mr. MacCollThe policy statement that a school or residential nursery is in place in a residential area, appearing on page 19 of the booklet "Selected Planning Appeals" (Second Series, Volume One), published by H.M.S.O. and circulated to planning authorities in 1959, is still valid and applies equally to preschool facilities. My right hon. Friend does not consider that any further advice is necessary.
