§ Mr. HattersleyUnder the scheme of assistance with industrial training costs to expanding firms in Development Areas, 31W between 1st April, 1966 and 31st January, 1967, the Department paid out a total of £202,600 to firms in the Northern Development Area (and the earlier Development Districts of Northern England).
