HC Deb 27 February 1967 vol 742 c20W
Mr. Wingfield Digby

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what is the latest position in negotiations with the Spanish Government about Gibraltar; and whether he will make a statement.

Mr. George Brown

We intend to arrange further talks with the Spanish Government in accordance with the Resolution adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 20th December, 1966. At such talks we would continue to press for the removal of the restrictions imposed by Spain on the Gibraltar frontier.
