§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will seek to take over financial responsibility for the transport museums at York, Swindon and Clapham.
§ Mr. CroslandI understand from my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport that the future of the Transport Museums is one of the matters being examined as part of the current Railways Policy Review which is being undertaken by her and the Chairman of the British Railways Board. The question of responsibility for the museums will be further considered in the light of that review.
