§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Power what steps he is taking to overcome the difficulties experienced by people and industries in Scotland in the use of North Sea gas in the technical machines available to him.
§ Mr. FreesonNorth Sea gas is not yet available in Scotland but I would not expect that its use there would present special difficulties. The Scottish Board shares in the results of the research into the use of natural gas, pilot conversion schemes and study of the experience of other countries which are being undertaken by the gas industry.
