I am satisfied that Welsh authorities are well aware of their responsibilities in this matter, and are ready to provide for instruction through the medium of Welsh, not only in mainly Welsh-speaking areas, but also in those anglicized areas where there are sufficient Welsh-speaking children to constitute educationally viable "Welsh" schools.
