asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the report on the effects of the seamen's strike on the islands of Scotland is to be published; and what action he is taking.

Much of the information in the Board's report relates to individuals and I do not propose to publish it. In reply to the second part of the Question, I would refer to the Answer I gave on 21st December in reply to a Question from my hon.
