Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has now enabled the Freedom from Hunger Campaign to remit money to Rhodesia for the improvement of African agriculture.

Further information about these projects was provided on 7th February and I am accordingly prepared to authorise payment in sterling to Rhodesian account. The applicants are being informed of this decision.
