§ Mr. FernyhoughBetween 10th January, 1966, and 9th January, 1967, total numbers registered as unemployed rose by 18,288; this included an increase of 981 in the numbers temporarily stopped. The percentage rate of unemployment rose from 3.2 to 4.0.
