§ Mr. FernyhoughEmployment estimates for men, as opposed to males, are only available for Great Britain as a whole.
It is estimated that in June, 1966. the latest date for which information is available, the numbers of male employees in employment in Wales and Scotland were 664,000 and 1,332,000 respectively.
