§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give details of the changes in gross national product and gross domestic product, respectively, at constant prices for the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Western Germany, France, Italy and Japan, between the third quarter of 1964 and the fourth quarter of 1966, from information he received from international organisations.
§ Mr. MacDermotThe gross domestic product at constant factor cost of the United Kingdom is estimated to have 173W risen by about 3½ per cent. between the third quarter of 1964 and the third quarter of 1966 (the latest date available). During the same period the gross national product at constant market prices of the United States rose by about 11 per cent. Figures for the other countries mentioned are not available quarterly.
