§ Mr. MacCollThe consultants expect to complete their report during March. It will then be considered by the Steering Committee of Government Departments and local authorities, and my right hon. Friend will wish to have the views of the Welsh and North West Economic Planniing Councils about it, including the arrangements for publication.
