§ Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Minister of Transport what roads she proposes to develop for traffic between Dartford Tunnel and the area of the terminal of the proposed Channel Tunnel.
§ Mr. SwinglerTraffic between Dartford Tunnel and the terminal of the Channel Tunnel will be adequately provided for by the construction of the section of the South Orbital Road between Dartford and Swanley, which is included in my right hon. Friend's trunk road programme, and the improvements to the London—Folkestone—Dover Trunk Road (A20) already programmed or under consideration.
