§ Mr. Frederick LeeThe report of the National Board for Prices and Incomes on Productivity and Pay (Cmnd. 3167) is intended to provide guide-lines for the application to individual cases of the productivity and efficiency criterion in paragraph 27 of the White Paper on the Period of Severe Restraint (Cmnd. 3150).
