§ Mr. Roy JenkinsPolice pay is negotiated by the Police Council for Great Britain. I made it clear to representatives of the Council on 22nd November that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I were in agreement with the continued operation of the formula reached in 1962.
