§ Mr. HealeyThe estimated figure for local expenditure in Malaysia and Singapore in 1966–67 is £82 million. For the other figures for the current year I would refer my hon. Friend to my Answer to the hon. Member for Oxford (Mr. Luard) on 22nd June, 1966 [Vol. 730, c.64.] and to the statement made on 24th January, 1967 [Vol. 739, c. 1274.] by the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs. Information about expenditure overseas in 1967–68 will be given in the Statement on the Defence Estimates 1967.
