§ Mr. MacCollSubsistence allowances for the administrative, professional, technical and clerical grades, which are negotiated by the appropriate Joint Council, came into operation on 1st October, 1964, with minor changes in August, 1965 and November, 1965. Allowances for the use of private cars, which are similarly negotiated, have been in operation since June, 1965 and are at present under review.
