§ Mr. JaySince 1964, I have issued 12 industrial development certificates relating to manufacturing projects undertaken by State-owned industries, all in industrial South Wales. These projects are estimated by the applicants to provide employment for 226 men and 310 women. Since October, 1964, 24 state-owned advance factories have been approved for construction in Wales.
