§ Mr. CallaghanA new double taxation agreement with Singapore was signed recently and will be laid as a draft Order in Council within the next week. Former Singapore civil servants living in this country are in any case entitled, under the provisions for the unilateral relief of double taxation, to credit for any Singapore tax on their pensions in arriving at their liabilities to United Kingdom tax.
