Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that in November 1965 the company Dollar Land Holdings made an application to him under Section 468 of the Income Tax Act, 1952 for incorporation to be transferred to Canada; why it took him until August 1966 to give a negative 274W reply; why the reply was not given in the affirmative; and whether he will make a statement.
