§ Mr. Martenasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the uncertainty which exists in the tobacco industry concerning his Department's policy on cigarette advertising, including the promotion of gift coupon schemes; and whether he is proposing to introduce legislation to implement the proposals recommended to the industry which were accepted by two of the principal manufacturers but rejected by the third.
