§ Mr. StonehouseThe Government's objective is not to nationalise the British Aircraft Corporation and Hawker Siddely Aviation but to merge their airframe interests into a single company in whose equity the Government will take a substantial minority share. Other firms will, as at present, continue to be considered according to their capabilities for Government contracts.
