§ Mr. Ridleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce emergency legislation to extend the shooting season beyond the end of January, 1968, because of the foot-and-mouth epidemic, in view of the fact that only six weeks remains of the season and the decision cannot wait until the House resumes.
§ Mr. Ennals:I will consider the matter, but I can hold out no hope of immediate amending legislation.
