§ Mr. Kelleyasked the Minister of Power if, when revising the White Paper on Fuel Policy, he will take into account the restrictions on capital expenditure by the nationalised industries now being considered by Her Majesty's Government.
§ Mr. Marsh:My right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer has today given details of the cuts in the investment programmes of the nationalised industries which he announced on 20th November.
