§ Mr. Oram:I think that my hon. Friend is referring to "Tools for Progress", published as a guide to equipment and materials for small scale development. This was produced by a private organisation called the Intermediate Technology Development Group as one of their activities for the promotion of low-cost technology. It seems to me to be a most useful piece of work and I hope that it will have a wide circulation in the developing countries.
