§ 33. Mr. David Howellasked the Minister of Transport what she estimates will be the cost of setting up and maintaining the National Freight Corporation.
§ Mr. John Morris:There will be a net saving, not a cost, as a result of the setting up of the N.F.C., since one of its principal functions will be to eliminate the inherited loss on sundries traffic, which forms part of the Railway Board deficit now met by the Exchequer.
