§ 127. Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will state the total estimated expenditure of Her Majesty's Government in Bahrein and Sharjah in 1967–68, 1968–69, 1969–70 and 1970–71, including pay of Servicemen stationed there, military installations and other capital works and all other items.
§ Mr. Healey:Local defence expenditure has been running at about £12 million a year. I am not prepared to forecast figures for future years.
