§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will establish a Welsh Transport Group similar to the Scottish Transport Group outlined in the recent White Paper on Public Transport.
§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughes:I believe that in the circumstances of Wales the possibility of a Passenger Transport Authority for the whole or a part of the country is more attractive and I am considering this carefully.
